That

Gabriel 2Gabriel

Here I sit,
naked in my body

Though I am wearing clothes
I am totally bare

My flesh is bleeding,
my joints are aching
tears are burning behind closed eyelids

But I am not this

I am not this body,
not this mind

I am not these emotions,
this anger, this frustration
locked up in a cage

I am not the tiger, the lion or the bird

The curves bending on my road do not define me

I am not alone, not lonely

This bitterness and anger stuck in my throat
is part of this body, of this mind
maybe even of the experience of this soul

But I am not this

I am all pervading love,
all pervading innocence

I am the candle, the flame, the flickering

I am the sky, the seas, the seeds

Not as they are seen,
how they are felt

I am not this pain in my back,
I am not the hungry stomach screaming for food while the heart is screaming for care,
for forgiveness,
for excuses and reasons

I am that,
all that

but not this

Deep is the gap,
close is the brink

Still the gap does not exist,
the brink is but a mind game

Feel the wind whispering in your face,
feel the sun move the earth
Feel the gravel on your skin
the moist touch of moss behind your ears

You, Earth, Me, Who?

Why a line, why a difference?

I am not this naked body,
this bleeding skin
I am not this watchful eye,
this blessing tortoise

I am what I don´t know,
what I cannot grasp

I am the graspless
the hungry, the thirsty and the satisfied
all at the same time

I am all,
all I am
I am

Stars, universes, galaxies,
who cares?

Headaches, rituals,
curses or blessed be

Who is that?
Not me

Love and stars and love and all,
all I am
I am

That.

Nicky´s sweet advice

tons_of_hearts-normal

Well, this is a teeny-tiny little post but I just had to share it.
A piece of advice from one dog to her person as part of her personal message during one of the Animal Communcation Beginners workshops last month, which I think we can all take to heart:

” Heart to the belly, belly to the heart.
Feed love, love feeds”.

The world is a ball

005 (14)

This afternoon we took our yoga practice outside, to the park a few blocks away from Lisette´s studio.

The spring has been hiding behind dark clouds, heavy raindrops and cold winds for weeks, so today when the sun greeted us with heart warming warmth we could do nothing less than greet it back. Outdoors.

So, off to the Ripperda Park we went, with Freya, Lisette´s always-happy English cocker spaniel in tow.

As we sat in the deep grass meditating to the sound of the soft wind, mixed with incoming trains and planes Freya was doing her “run around with the ball dance” and you could feel her joy and happiness swirling around us, closing us into her circle of abundant joy which she finds in every moment anew.

At one point during our asana practice, Freya was rolling around under us as we were in Adho Mukha Svanasana, ball one second in her mouth and the next second throwing it herself to run after it and Lisette said with a laugh “it is as if she thinks that the ball is the most important thing in the world”.

A nanosecond before Lisette had finished her sentence out loud, a clear and direct comment came from Freya “but the world is a ball”!
First we smiled about it and then we realized Freya was right. The whole world is our ball! And it is up to us whether we decide to play in the world or just let it sit.

Today Freya taught us the lesson of choosing to see, to notice, to en-joy, to choose ourselves to be there in every moment.

Thank you Freya!

Teedy’s Wisdom

Teedy
As Animal Communicators we regularly practice together, give and follow workshops and have a worldwide community where we share with, and support, each other. One of the practice groups I practice regularly with is our on line group of communicators all around the globe, who all studied with Marta Williams.

Last month Lyn Delaney hosted her deceased bull mastiff Teedy as our practice case for that specific time and during my communication with Teedy earlier this week, she shared some beautiful and profound messages that I, with Lyn’s approval, asked if we could share with the world.

I hope you will enjoy and open your heart to Teedy’s words of wisdom.

Teddy has a cheeky, playful nature and she is a pure, very pure soul, full of love and joy and sharing.
If we could all be like her all would be so much more fun, she says.
In her own words, she elaborates:
“You can be and Love like a mother and play at the same time”.
“Love is not attachment – it is all encompassing, playful and fun.
It is full of grace and wonder.
It is greeting every moment with a sense of wonder, of joy and curiosity”.

She shows me, and simultaneously lets me feel, this, which is hard to describe with words – but her own words written above are ringing and sparkling of the energy as well as the feel of it all.

“Magnanimous Love & Joy” is what she calls it.

May we all experience it,

Thank you, dear Teedy!

Akasha

Akasha

A tribute to my dear Akasha, without whom I would not be on this journey of discovery, change and adjustment. ;

Looking into your deep brown eyes, I don’t see the questions of life,
I see the answers.

Observing your strong body, I don’t see reluctance and stubbornness,
I see focus, love, devotion, dedication and passion.

A passion tied to the core of life,
the core of nature,
the core of Being.

To the core where instinct and knowing are one and the same,
where we cannot do anything but love, share and follow our hearts.

Where we live life to the fullest,
where the spark of life glows and it’s flame is undefeatable, even when you are sleeping.

In your Being there is a peace, a union, a knowing, a wisdom.
A wisdom which just is, which allows for that to be
what already is.

You are my guide.

You are my heart.

You are my innermost core.

You are a part of my soul, my essence, my Being.

Being Divided

– this little text is what spurred out of me when we, as part of our writing assignment during one of the parts of the Naked Writer course with Jo Parfitt two weeks ago, were asked to write about Being Divided.

3D or 5D ?
Here or There ?

In that world or this world,
– or is this world that world?

Is there a division?

Why is one harsh and the other soft?
Are they maybe just two sides of the same medal?

Fear is what is creating the divide.

Fear that in 5D I am leaving something, somebody,
many somebody’s behind.

Fear that in 5D I cannot handle loving and being loved,
as the old scars and personalities are actually a comfort zone.

Rage, injustice, anxiety, irresponsibility, finger-pointing,
going against your will, feeling down and locked up is the comfort zone!

Sharing, co-creation, taking responsibility,
light, joy is on the other side.

Division?

Or just two sides of the same coin?

Dark needs light, light needs dark,
without each other they cannot exist.

Existence.
Division.
Existence.
Division.
Existence.

Staying in the middle, balancing the coin,
is that the task?

Or is that just choosing not having to choose for some time?

It makes you feel like a tree,
with on one side the roots deep down in Fukushima
and on the other side the roots high up in Bhutan.

Poison, radiation, bitterness, no bright future,
fear but familiarity of “civilization” on one side.

Large mountains, nourishing fresh air,
crisp, clean mornings with newness, insights and adventure on the other side.

Financial, environmental crisis,
loneliness, despair and disease.

Human, Earthling, spiritual and environmental growth and prosperity.

Division?

Or two sides of the same coin?

One cannot exist without the other
but the other will destroy the one.

Existence.

Extinction?

Existence.

Balance .

Being.

Existence.

A message from the Seahorses

About a week ago I got this beautiful communication sent  by Lyn, which she had had with the Seahorses moments before she e-mailed it.

I am really good at cramming my weeks and days too full, quite often with stuff that is fun – even all my work is fun – which is why I am only getting to post this today…

Now ,reading Lyn’s communication and message from the Seahorses below, I realize it is time for less doing and filling,  and  time for more expressing, feeling and being the connection of  the Now.

Thank you so much Lyn for sharing this one with us all!

“Here’s the communication I had with some seahorses this afternoon…….

Seahorses are elegant dancers
We are all over and in some places people don’t know about yet. We love the ocean and all that is around us.

Be verbally loving !
When you put forth verbal love,
You feel love,
When you feel love
You’re radiant and beautiful
When you’re radiant and beautiful, all around you will feel this ! This is one way to start !!

Don’t worry about what’s around,
Be One with where you are at the moment, you will feel the calmness, see the beauty, feel the warmth, love all around you !
When you do this, you raise your vibration, goodness, love and light comes to you and surrounds you !

You are one with Mother Earth,
go try this as you have everything to gain !!!!”
